Providing high quality homes
CityWest Homes is committed to continuously improving the quality of the homes they manage. This includes delivering up to 30 major works schemes every year and their repairs service carries out over £14 million of repairs yearly.
They help people to remain independent in their own homes for longer through their annual £1.2 million adaptations programme and their healthy homes visits tackle issues such as condensation and mould.
Delivering excellent services
Their tenant services include rent collection, managing empty properties and settling new tenants into their homes. They offer financial advice and support our tenants through welfare reforms.
Their customer services centre is the lynchpin of their customer services, responding to 90,000 telephone calls every year. Their teams also offer face to face services through their four area service centres and while out and about on estates.
CityWest Homes ensure their tenants and leaseholders are at the heart of everything they do by regularly speaking to local people and offering forums through which they can feedback on their services. They have launched four independent resident area panels with 56 members who represent the wider community to help shape local services.
They also support 10 sounding boards, 27 resident associations and nine tenant management organisations.
CityWest Homes is committed to supporting healthy, safe and economically active communities through their neighbourhood services. These include tackling anti-social behaviour through their dedicated teams, helping to secure funding for community projects and helping people into work through their employment programme.
They keep their estates green through their gardening services and four of their estates, Lillington and Longmoore, Lisson Green, Churchill Gardens and Mozart are Green Flag sites. They manage 15 sports pitches and offer homework clubs for 200 children across the city.
