Quantity Surveyor – Residential Developer

West Thurrock, Essex

We are currently working with a leading residential developer seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing business.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects.
• Management of the costs on a construction project.
• Ensuring that the construction project is completed within its projected budget. 
• Cost control, assessment and submission of variations to client.
• Support and management of the Technical Approvals process.
• Prepare and analyse Cost-Value Reconciliation reports on all projects for Directors to assist commercial decision making.
• Tasks will differ according to whether they are working on the design or the construction stage of a project.
