Document Controller – Residential Developer 

London


Our client is a prominent residential developer with a focus on developing high quality, apartment led projects across the Capital. Renowned for their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, they have earned accolades for our excellence in the industry.


Due to expansion, our client is looking to recruit a Document Controller to work with their existing Technical & Design team to help manage a small number of high value developments. Your main responsibilities will entail managing the developer’s internal database, ensuring timely upload and updating of documents, and tracking documents effectively, reporting any issues in the flow of information to appropriate managers. In addition, you will distribute documents to relevant parties as per project requirements, and assist in ad-hoc duties as required by senior team members. Our client is using Asite as its preferred platform and experience of using Asite would be advantageous.

Requirements:
•    Proven experience as a Document Controller, preferably within a residential developer.
•    Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
•    Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships internally and externally.
•    Proficiency in using the document management software Asite.
•    Proactive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team.
•    Capacity to influence others and contribute to a positive working environment.
