Following continued organic expansion, one of the UK’s leading residential developers is looking to appoint an experienced & highly personable customer care coordinator for their impressive regional office based in North London.

The successful Customer Care Coordinator will have:

  • Experience within a similar position, ideally working with a residential developer
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to build long-term relationships
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • The drive to go above and beyond expectations

The customer care coordinator will take responsibility for supporting the core customer base, dealing with any enquiries that need to be dealt with and ensuring that this is resolved in a timely manner.

In return the customer care coordinator can expect the following generous compensation package:

  • A base salary of between £22-£24k per annum (depending on experience)
  • A performance related bonus (paid annually)
  • 25 days annual leave
