Our client, who are one of the UK’s leading refurbishment specialists, are looking for a Site Manager, with at least 5 years standalone experience, to oversee the refurbishment of a 65 room care home in Cardiff. You will oversee the project from inception through to completion, and will have full responsibility for all Health and Safety training and implementation on site, full Q.A., charing progress meetings with both Client and Sub-Contractors, ensuring that the project is run on schedule and to budget. Reporting to the Contracts Manager, the successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of managing complex refurbishments, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills, together with current SMSTS, CSCS, 1st Aid and Scaffold Appreciation qualifications. The client has confirmed that this vacancy could lead to a permanent position upon successful completion of the contract.
This is a 60 week contract offering a salary of up to £220.00 per day.
