We are recruiting on behalf of a volume housebuilder based in Berkshire. They are looking to appoint a Senior Technical Manager to oversee all technical aspects of two or three projects.

The projects are typically traditional build, but occasionally include RC frame. The role will be of a typical residential development Technical Manager and involve appointing and managing external consultants, checking drawings and answering site questions as they arise.

Candidates will need to have worked for a housebuilder as a Technical Manager previously.
