Working in a busy Sales Department you will be responsible for progressing all agreed sales through to a satisfactory exchange of contracts and subsequent completion. This role requires a confident communicator who will liaise with solicitors, mortgage brokers, estate agents as well as a range of internal stakeholders during the sales process.

This is a varied role and we are looking for someone who has experience in contract chasing, is organised and is able to work under their own initiative.

Responsibilities include:

  • Chasing all ongoing sales from reservation through to exchange (within 28 days) and completion
  • Case tracking
  • Attending weekly meetings with the Sales Managers and Directors
  • Providing written instruction to solicitors and purchasers
  • Processing reservation payments
  • Produce various sales admin reports/letters.
  • Liaising with agencies
