Resales Consultant

Our client, one of the largest and most successful housing associations in London, are currently seeking a Resales Consultant, to be based out of their office in Richmond, South West London.

Duties:

• To be the main point of contact for all sellers, buyers and potential buyers of shared ownership properties.
• Efficiently guide sellers through the process from start to finish, providing a professional service throughout.
• Enquiries from buyers and potential buyers, converting to applications, then successfully processing applications through to offers.

The working hours will be 35 hours a week over a 5 day week, this will include weekends. This role is an immediate requirement and will run on an ongoing temporary basis. There may be the opportunity of permanent opportunity after this placement.

The ideal candidate will have at least a year’s experience working as a Sales Progressor/ Resales Consultant.
