Our client, who deliver a maintenance service to local residents, are currently recruiting for a Repairs Service Advisor to be part of their specialist team based in Tunbridge Wells. The role is primarily telephone based, being the first point of contact with tenants. They undertake around 1,000 responsive repairs a month involving call taking, diagnosing, processing repair requests, allocating jobs to the operatives using a diary system, and co-ordinating the operatives. The nature of responsive repairs creates the need to work in a fast moving and sometimes challenging environment. They are striving to be an excellent service provider and therefore performance and customer service is paramount. There will be the need to undertake some administrative duties but flexibility within the role will be required.
