We are recruiting on behalf of a well-regarded, luxury residential developer who are looking to appoint to Quality Assurance Manager to manage a portfolio of projects across Buckinghamshire.
The role will be to inspect sites and units whilst under construction to ensure high levels of quality and identify defects as early as possible. You will work with the build teams to produce action plans for resolution, ensuring the work of subcontractors adheres to NHBC standards and inspecting and providing sign off for developments prior to handover to customers..
You will need to have a good eye for detail and experience in seeing that all stages of the construction process are complete to a high quality of build and ensuring that sites are run in an efficient manner. Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills are essential as you will need to develop and maintain strong working relationships with a number of internal and external teams.
The role would suit someone who is currently working as a Quality Manager or Customer Service Manager for a residential developer. Alternatively, you may be a former Site Manager or Assistant Site Manager, ideally from a carpentry background, or a former NHBC / Zurich / Premier inspector. If you are interested in working for a property developer who will afford you the autonomy to develop you skills in Quality Management, this could be an ideal role.
