My client is one of the UK’s leading residential developers who are seeking a Sales Negotiator to join their business on one of their projects in the Maidstone area and sell their award winning new homes.

This client builds and sells brand new properties and are looking for somebody with strong Sales experience in property to be based on one of their sales and marketing suites and guide new sellers through the stages of buying a home. As a 5 star housebuilder they have an excellent reputation within the industry and are looking for a driven and enthusiastic candidate to take through their training programme. We are looking for someone with previous experience of selling New Homes to a diverse customer base.

Job description details:

  • Sales Negotiator
  • Full training provided and development
  • Full time position
  • 33 days Annual leave
  • Days: 2 days off during the week, work weekends
  • Location: South-East London
  • Opportunity for progression
  • Salary: basic of £25,000 annually
  • An OTE of £50/55,000
  • Car Allowance

  • To achieve qualified sales reservation and meet or exceed targets

  • To have excellent negotiation skills
  • The ability to liaise with internal and external personnel
  • To have superb attention to detail
  • To be enthusiastic
  • Strong customer service skills
