Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Executive to join the expanding Marketing team of a high end residential developer.

The position is to coordinate and organise all aspects of marketing activity in support of the Marketing Manager.

Duties include:

Marketing Strategy

  • Assist in the implementation of individual development marketing strategies, and update sales & marketing timelines and schedules when requested.
  • Produce project plans for developments to assist with work load, time management and delivery.

Market Research

  • Research of background development information to assist in defining/producing creative briefs for marketing material.
  • Carry out ad hoc research and reporting as directed by the Marketing Manager.
  • Review competitor adverts, brochures, events and promotional items for benchmarking to be reviewed monthly.

Marketing Collateral

  • Produce draft briefs to suppliers producing all point of sale material including brochures; CGI’s; advertising; signage/hoarding; agents marketing material; photography; video fly throughs; invitations etc.
  • Production of display material, invitations and advertising campaigns for overseas exhibitions and coordination of export/delivery.


Sales Launches

  • Assist with the management of the Central Sales and Marketing Suite and any other sales outlets to ensure presentation and accuracy at all times, in conjunction Marketing Manager.
  • Briefing and coordination of the fit out and launching of development based marketing suites in line with the development strategy.
  • Attending domestic sales launches and participating and assisting as required/requested by the Marketing Manager and Sales Management Team.



  • Fulfilment of requests for marketing services or input from other internal departments.
  • Checking and processing marketing invoices for payment in conjunction with the Marketing Manager.
  • Keep stock of marketing collateral and equipment and restock when necessary/required.
  • Maintenance of all meeting rooms and reception areas to ensure they are stocked with Telford Homes branded pens, coasters, brochures, awards and point of sale.
