Potensis is a specialist recruitment agency specialising in the construction and property industry.  We are seeking a Marketing Co-ordinator to join our London Bridge Office.

The role

An excellent opportunity within a growing business offering a varied role to oversee the marketing operations of the company.

The ideal candidate must be able to work under their own initiative, adapt to changing circumstances and respond well under pressure whilst meeting regular deadlines.

Specific duties and responsibilities

  • Management of company website, ensuring it is kept up to date, relevant and operationally functional at all times.
  • Oversee all social media campaigns, including, but not limited to, management of company Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram accounts.
  • Ensuring all PR campaigns and Company vacancies are effectively rolled out across all relevant platforms.
  • Carrying out marketing campaigns to attract and generate new candidates for the business.
  • Management of job advertisements put onto our job boards and tracking the success and effectiveness of each job board for the business.
  • Carrying out internal marketing campaigns, ie company incentive campaigns, company events, newsletters etc.
  • Improving the companies’ google ranking through the use of analytics.
  • Creating marketing material to distribute to clients as and when required.

Required skills, knowledge, qualifications and experience

  • Attention to detail with ability to prioritise workload.
  • Able to keep to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Communicate in polite and professional manner.
  • Enjoy working independently as part of a small but busy team.
  • Marketing qualification beneficial but not essential.
