We are currently working with a leading residential developer to recruit them a Customer Care / Maintenance Operative to work across their developments in Kent and the surrounding areas.
The successful candidate will provide a variety of remedial works for customers in their new homes during their 2 year warranty period.
The ideal candidate will have an excellent standard of carpentry, plaster patching and painting, but will also be able to carry out re-pointing and basic plumbing. The successful candidate will be well-organised, self-motivated, efficient and capable of managing their workload. Experience with high end finishes is desirable. The ability to deal efficiently and courteously with new home purchasers is also essential, as is a full driving licence.
In order to be considered for the role you MUST have a strong multi-trade background and have experience in the residential sector either for a developer, contractor or housing association. Please note – you will need your own van + tools.
The role is a TEMPORARY contract but will go PERMANENT after a 3 month trial period. A full van, fuel card and tools will be provided after the 3 month trial period is complete.
