We are recruiting on behalf of a very well-respected luxury residential developer based in Buckinghamshire who build c200 units per year.
They are looking to appoint a Head of Customer Care to oversee a small customer care team consisting of a Customer Care Manager, a Quality Inspector, a Coordinator and an Administrator.
The role will entail managing this team to ensure properties are finished to a high standard, that the customer journey is positive, and any issues are swiftly and professionally dealt with.
Candidates will have ideally managed a customer care department for a residential developer / housebuilder / social housing contractor.
A thorough understanding of NHBC standards and defects will be necessary.
