We are recruiting on behalf of a large residential developer based in Milton Keynes. They build quality housing developments across the Northern Home Counties and have an excellent reputation in the market.
They are seeking a Customer Service / Care Coordinator, who has experience resolving problems on new build residential projects or worked as part of a sub-contractors and main contracting construction firm.
Candidates will ideally have experience on new build housing able to understand the problems that new homes customers have and will be expected to liaise with all internal teams and subcontractors. If you have worked alongside leading residential developers then this is also for you.
You will be the main point of contact for any residents moving into their new build properties if they have any questions or queries. You will have to build strong and long-lasting relationships with the Customers and the Site Teams to ensure that you are kept up to date with the progress of the projects. If there are any repairs or defect issues this will be passed onto a member of the maintenance team in order to solve however it is your role to keep the communication link to the customer strong.
This position is offering a salary of up to £25,000 + package.
