My client are a leading national Residential developer who are looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to join them on a full time permanent basis based in Brentford. The customer service administrator is an admin role where you will be assisting the customer service managers and executives for all the customer related issues.

In order to be considered for the role, you will need to have the following:

  • Experience of working in a secretarial/admin role
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment
  • Ability to generate professional correspondence unaided
  • Be a team player
  • Have a can do attitude
  • Ability to multi task and work efficiently
  • Excellent telephone skills
  • Be professional and assertive in a pleasant manner when dealing with external customers and contacts
