Customer Care Manager – residential developer – Berkshire – £50k basic salary + full benefits package + bonus
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-respected, volume residential developer based in Berkshire.
They build housing developments across all of the Thames Valley and therefore travelling will be expected.
They need to appoint a Customer Care Manager who has experience working on resolving problems on new build residential projects.
Candidates will ideally come from a new build housebuilding background and able to understand the problems that new homes customers have.
Experience of liaising with the NHBC is essential. The role will also entail liaising with all internal teams and subcontractors.
