We are recruiting on behalf of a very well-respected luxury residential developer based in Hampshire who build c200 units per year.
They are looking to appoint a Customer Care Manager to oversee a small customer care team consisting of a Customer Care Technicians.
The role will entail managing this team to ensure properties are finished to a high standard, that the customer journey is positive, and any issues are swiftly and professionally dealt with.
Candidates will have ideally have experience as a Customer Care Manager with a Residential Developer.
A thorough understanding of NHBC standards and defects will be necessary.
This position is offering a salary of up to £45,000 plus bonus and benefits.
