My client, a leading residential developer, has built an enviable record for quality and have a demonstrable commitment to delivering high levels of customer service. They are now looking to recruit an additional member of their team with the addition of a customer service manager.
You will be responsible for providing support to customers, managing and tracking potential issues and coordinating the appropriate response, managing aftercare and remedial works.
You will also be arranging appointments between customers, customer service managers or the customer service technicians.
To succeed in the role you will have worked in a fast paced customer focused environment where you are used to communicating with lots of different parties and so are able to adapt accordingly.
Experience of either working in the housing industry or some construction knowledge would be advantageous, as you will be arranging appointments between contractors and clients where appropriate.
Excellent communication skills (both verbally and in writing) are essential, as well as the ability to organize effectively and deliver results.
