I am currently managing an excellent opportunity to join a leading residential developer in Surrey. The business has built up an enviable reputation for delivering high quality developments across the UK. This has been coupled with a commitment to ensuring that customers receive the best possible levels of customer service when purchasing a new property and beyond. In order to ensure that this is maintained, they are looking to add an experienced Customer Care Coordinator to their existing team.
The role will involve receiving and making calls to new homeowners, escalating queries, resolving issues and coordinating relevant internal parties and external contractors. In addition, you will help to maintain customer records, carrying out follow up calls with customers and communicating with customers via phone, email and written correspondence. Progression available into management for the right candidate.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential and candidates should have a demonstrable desire to deliver outstanding levels of customer service. This is a fast paced role and would suit someone who is organised and has a clear approach to problem solving. Experience of working for a residential developer is preferable, though other relevant industries would be considered.
