We are recruiting on behalf of a leading residential developer based in Kent. They across a patch of South East London and Kent. They have an outstanding reputation in the market and build an excellent product.
They are seeking a Customer Care Administrator , to be part of a team that resolves problems on new build residential projects.
You will be responsible in transferring data onto the Customer Care computer system, logging complaints, preparing legal packs, assisting with customer events, monitoring deposits and preparing home demonstration packs / manuals.
You MUST come from either an Administrator background or Customer Care background, knowledge of construction and residential development isn’t essential but is preferred.
