We are recruiting on behalf of a leading residential developer based in Essex. They build quality housing developments across the South East of England and have an excellent reputation in the market.
They are seeking a Customer Care Administrator/Care Coordinator, to be part of a team that resolves problems on new build projects.
You will be the main point of contact for any residents moving into their new home. You will have to build strong and long-lasting relationships with the Customers and the construction site teams to ensure that you are kept up to date with the progress of the projects. If there are any repairs or defect issues these will be passed onto a member of the maintenance team in order to solve however it is your role to keep the communication link to the customer strong. You will be expected to liaise with all internal teams and subcontractors.
You will not need experience in these, but customer care experience will be beneficial, and a desire to provide good customer service is essential.
