We are recruiting on behalf of a leading residential developer based out of their new office in East London. They build across a patch of South East London and Kent and have an outstanding reputation in the market and build an excellent product.

They are seeking a Customer Care Administrator / Coordinator to be part of a team that resolves problems on new build residential projects.

You will be the main point of contact for any residents moving into their new build properties if they have any questions or queries. You will have to build strong and long-lasting relationships with the Customers and the construction site teams to ensure that you are kept up to date with the progress of the projects.

If there are any repairs or defect issues this will be passed onto a member of the maintenance team in order to solve however it is your role to keep the communication link to the customer strong. You will be expected to liaise with all internal teams and subcontractors.

You MUST come from either an Administrator background or Customer Care background, knowledge of construction and residential development isn’t essential but is preferred.

Candidates will earn a salary of £24,000 + benefits.
