Contracts Manager – Surrey/Hampshire
£85,000 -£105,000 (per annum) + Car Allowance + Fuel Card + Annual Bonus

We are recruiting for a Contracts Manager to join the team covering sites across the Surrey/Hampshire border. Reporting to the Construction Director, this role is key in maintaining the quality of builds and you will contribute to a strong culture which strives to achieve 100% customer satisfaction.
Candidates should have:
Proven experience in a similar role having strong people management skills to help the team to ensure the highest health and safety compliance for all. You will also have knowledge of planning the preliminary costs of sites including pre-tender and pre-start stages and be commercially aware as your role will be accountable for proactively controlling site costs through identifying overspend, cost efficient use of resources and managing sub-contractor relationships.
