Jon Ingram – Started 2006
Residential Development (Management & Professional) Director

After graduating Jon knew he wanted to work in a fast paced industry, where hard work was recognised by financial rewards. Jon’s focused determination for success led him to Potensis, knowing its excellent reputation within a growing market would allow him the opportunity to work with clients at a senior level.

A steady career progression has led to Directorship, he has become one of the most admired and respected colleagues within Potensis and by delivering consistently, he has developed long lasting relationships with clients. His professionalism, knowledge and passion for the industry has made him a natural mentor within the company. Witnessing the career progression of his colleagues has been one of the highlights of his career.

James Kennard – Started 2010
Sales Director

After obtaining an HND in Construction Management and experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, James realised he wanted to move into a sales based role. After meeting several members of the Potensis team he realised the huge earning potential and relished the opportunity to utilise his construction knowledge and decided to take the plunge in joining Potensis.

James quickly built a specialist business, and has become the top billing consultant on numerous occasions, due to commitment, hard work and his business acumen, which has seen him negotiate multiple deals with major residential developers.

It’s therefore not surprising to learn within just 3 years of joining Potensis he was promoted to a senior management position, with a Directors title just 12 months later.

James joined Potensis as a young man which gave him the focus and opportunity required to create a successful career. The same opportunities are still here for him today, although now at a different level which allows him to continuously develop and progress his career.

James ambition continues today, as the company develops and grows so does he.

Lauren Chandler – Started 2014
Senior Consultant

Lauren Chandler started her career at Potensis as a Researcher, since then she’s been relentless in her quest for success, being promoted each year. A major achievement for Lauren has been the development of a Housing Association desk, which she personally initiated. Lauren’s next goal is to become a Principle Consultant and manage her own team, we’re confident she’ll surpass that goal!

When asked what makes Potensis her perfect place to work she explains ‘It’s the management, I get so much support from my line manager and I wouldn’t be where I am without him. It’s rare to find someone who will give as much time and dedication in any job, in any industry as I do here. It’s the people that make a company, and these people make Potensis what it is today’.
