Entry Level Roles
Potensis has a well-developed, industry leading training programme which all of our new starters undertake. The programme takes place over a period of 6-9 months and develops a range of sales, business and interpersonal skills. As the training progresses, additional duties will be undertaken in preparation for life as a consultant, such as registering candidates and attending client meetings, as well as exposure to in-depth, industry specific training. By the end of the programme a trainee will have a sound knowledge of their market sector, the ability to provide a high quality recruitment service to clients and candidates and will be equipped to undertake a long and successful career in recruitment with Potensis.
Potensis offers a competitive basic salary for new starters which is reviewed and increased after successful completion of the initial 3 months of training. This is reviewed and increased again upon promotion to consultant. Potensis operates an uncapped commission scheme with no threshold to hit so that its consultants have the ability to maximise their earning.
