Our senior management team invest in our training program on a daily basis and this is applied through training, coaching, feedback and development sessions.

The Role

As the Head of Academy you will be responsible for the training division making sure the highest standards are met, as well as fostering innovation where needed. The focus of this role will be to develop and implement the Academy recruitment strategy. We are looking for an individual who is able to demonstrate a full 360 recruitment cycle. You will be supporting/training/developing our recruitment consultant through a full training programme in a timely manner.

 

Responsibilities will include:

Ø  Implementing new processes across the business

Ø  Succession planning

Ø  Reducing staff turnover

Ø  Define and deliver the training strategy with a focus on regulated training

Ø  Provide a clear training schedule for Recruitment Consultants

Ø  Follow up on the feedback mechanism for all new starters and consultants implementing relevant improvements as a result.

Ø  Manage training needs analysis for the group.

Ø  Provide expert guidance and assistance on training for teams and individuals.

Ø  Provide relevant reports

Ø  Liaise with members of the management team and ensure everyone is kept up to date where necessary.

Ø  Lead and manage the training team and resources

Ø  Report into a Director

 

Person Specification

Ø  Recruitment experience within a agency

Ø  To be at team leader/managing consultant level and looking for the next step

Ø  Experience in developing or leading consultants

Ø  Open to new ideas

Ø  Work towards results

 

Benefits

Ø  A basic salary of £30,000 - £40,000 with an OTE of £45,000.

Ø  22 days annual leave, including a Christmas shut down and two duvet days

Ø  Birthday day off in addition to annual leave
