Our Social Housing & Maintenance team covers the entire affordable housing life cycle from pre-construction through to planned and reactive maintenance. Working with new build contractors and maintenance providers, the team offers the benefit of deep sector knowledge and access to specialist candidates and support staff.

Residential Development

Our Residential Development team operates across the entire spectrum of house building work, with bespoke developers and traditional house builders through to high rise developers, strategic land businesses and mixed use developers. The team supports our clients with dedicated house building professionals and support staff, through their excellent sector knowledge and well developed candidate networks.
