Our client, a leading luxury residential developer based in Milton Keynes are looking for a Customer Care Co-ordinator to join their team.
The Customer Care coordinator will be responsible for the day to day management of the administration relating to all customer issues. You will be taking ownership of all ongoing and new customers’ issues and will be responsible to allocate resources such as Customer Service Operatives or Sub contractors to carry out work in the customers’ homes.
This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with great interpersonal communication and relationship skills who can meet and exceed customers’ expectations and help them with every step of their journey.
The Successful candidate will need to have worked in a similar role, or have a clear understanding of the NHBC.
Salary = £21,000
