Our client, who are one of the UK’s leading main contractors are looking to recruit a Site Manager for their social housing external refurbishment scheme in the North West London region. They are looking for experienced candidates who have a proven track record in this particular sector, to cover external work in occupied residential properties. You will be overseeing work such as doors, windows and roofing as well brickwork and concrete repairs. You will be responsible for health and safety on site and ensuring the project runs to speed and programme. You will need to have your own vehicle, SMSTS, CSCS, Asbestos awareness and 1st Aid qualification. This will be a temporary to permanent contract and an immediate start for the selected candidate, however if you are on a notice period this is acceptable. Interviews will be taking place week commencing Monday 16th July with a view to starting as soon as possible.
