Our client, who are one of the UK’s leading main contractors, are looking to recruit a Project Manager their long-term project. Their main role will be to manage fire assessments as well as internals (kitchens and bathrooms) on their decent homes contract in Middlesex.
It will involve the fire risk assessment of properties within the Middlesex and North West London region. As Project Manager you will be required to oversee that all tests & assessments of electrical works, signage, partition walls etc. are conducted. The successful candidate will be overseeing and managing a team of site managers, supervisors and resident liaison officers and will report to the Operations Manager. They will need to have an up to date SMSTS, CSCS, Asbestos awareness, fire safety qualifications and 1st Aid qualification. This is an immediate position, paying up to £55k depending on experience
