Our client, who are one of the UK’s leading social housing refurbishment contractors, are looking to recruit a Project Manager for their decent homes contract in North West London and Middlesex
You will be overseeing internal works kitchen and bathrooms program as well as overseeing and managing a team of site managers, supervisors and resident liaison officers and will report to the Operations Manager. You will also be responsible for ensuring the project runs to speed and programme as well as ensuring that health and safety is adhered to at all times.
It is essential that you have up to date SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid and training within Fire Risk Assessment . This will be an immediate start for the successful candidate, paying up to £60k depending on experience.
