New Homes Sales Negotiator – South London
My client, a leading well-established residential developer has a requirement for an experienced New Homes Sales Negotiator to join them operating from a brand new sales & marketing suite on a new build development comprising luxurious apartments.
They are looking for a well-motivated individual, who can work under their own initiative in driving sales forward. It is essential that the candidate has experience of selling new build properties. The working hours for this position will be 35 hours per week working 5 days a week, including weekend work.
A successful Sales Negotiator is positive, professional, and enthusiastic, has lots of energy for life and is driven to meet targets.
