Job Description

Our Client, one of the UK's biggest and best established residential developers seek to hire a Full-Time, Sales Progressor, on a permanent basis, to work at their head office in Westminster. Working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm and reporting into the Sales & Marketing Director you be responsible for collating, reporting on and facilitating the progression and legal completion of all of the deals on all of the sites across their region, with a view to bringing as many as possible through, as quickly and smoothly as possible, to legal completion.

 

The successful candidate may have worked in a similar role, or have had exposure to the process through working with new homes.

 

You will be rewarded for you efforts by working for large FTSE listed company, assuring job security and a salary of £28,000 - £30,000 basic salary plus benefits.
