New Homes Sales Negotiator – Norfolk/Suffolk
My client is an award winning, leading residential property developer that requires a New Homes Sales Negotiator. You will have the opportunity to work in one of their sales and marketing suites at their one of their many residential developments across Norfolk/Suffolk.
We are looking for a highly-motivated, driven and ambitious salesperson who is looking to take the next step in their career. This position is based on a sales and marketing suite on a large new housing development selling properties off-plan within a sales team of 2-4 people, to prospective clients and helping them through the house buying process. The key to this position is a positive customer service attitude to guide buyers through making the right choices when investing in their new home.
The working hours will be 40 hours per week, working 5 days with a rotation of Tuesday – Wednesday or Thursday – Friday as days off.
