New Homes Sales Negotiator – Hertfordshire
My client, a leading national well-established residential developer has a requirement for an experienced New Homes Sales Negotiator to join them operating from a brand new sales & marketing suite on a new build development comprising 3, 4 & 5 bedroom houses.
They are looking for a well-motivated individual, who can work under their own initiative in driving sales forward. It is essential that the candidate has experience of selling new build properties off-plan. The working hours for this position will be 37.5 hours per week working 5 days with a rotation of Tuesday – Wednesday or Thursday – Friday as days off.
A successful Sales Negotiator is positive, professional, and enthusiastic, has lots of energy for life and is driven to meet targets.
The client is willing to offer:
- £27,500 Basic Salary
- An OTE of £50,000 (uncapped commission)
