New Homes Sales Negotiator – Crawley
My client, an award winning prestigious residential developer are all about providing quality to their customers, and amazing sales and service is at their core. They have a requirement for an experienced New Homes Sales Negotiator to join them operating from a brand new sales & marketing suite on a new build development which includes a collection of luxurious houses.
It is essential that the candidate has a strong background in new homes sales. The perfect candidate will need to be a well-motivated individual, who can work under their own initiative in driving sales forward.
The working hours for this position will be standard hours of; 10:00 – 17:00 working 5 days a week with a rotation of either Tuesday and Wednesday or Thursday and Friday as days off.
A successful Sales Negotiator is positive, professional, has excellent communication skills, an attention to detail and the desire to succeed.
