A Marketing Manager is required by a leading, design led housing association who are looking to expand their team based in South West London.
My client has built an enviable reputation for delivering well designed, private and social schemes for the past 50 years.
Due to an increase in workload and a re-branding of the business, an experienced Marketing Manager is required and will be responsible for helping to shape and deliver the marketing strategy for a number of upcoming developments across London.
You will be responsible for helping to devise and deliver the marketing vision and strategy for each of their new developments from conception through to the completion of the project including devising brochures, imagery, customer communication plans, the design of marketing suites, and launch events.
Excellent project management skills are essential to ensure that all internal and external teams are briefed effectively, follow agreed design briefs and deliverable schedules are devised and adhered to. The role will involve liaising with key stakeholders at a senior level from within the business and externally and so the ability to communicate effectively at all levels is key.
The role would suit someone who is currently working agency side, working closely with property developers, who would like to move to work client side. Full training and support would be provided to help with this transition. Alternatively, if you are working for a property developer and would like to take your career to the next level by working for a housing association who will afford you the autonomy to develop your own campaigns and strategy with the backing of an experienced marketing team, this could be an ideal role.
