Land Manager, £70,000 + Package, South West London:


We are currently working with one of the UK’s leading housing associations to secure a Land Manager to strengthen their land and planning team. 


Reporting to the Residential Development Director, the successful candidate will be assist in the identification and acquisition of immediate and long term land opportunities for residential development to meet the region's land requirements, the successful applicant will also support initial appraisals of these potential land opportunities, assessing the local residential market, build costs, abnormal costs and planning gain contributions, leading to a formal valuation and offer to a landowner.


Covering the Hampshire, Surrey, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire patch, candidates will have at least two years post qualification experience in aspects of the immediate and strategic land acquisition process for residential development.

 

Individuals interested in this role must be able to demonstrate a proven track record of success in land acquisition and should possess relevant qualifications.
