Customer Service Manager - Residential Developer - Buckinghamshire - £60,000 + package & benefits
One of the UK’s leading residential developers are looking for a Customer Service Manager to join their strong & stable Customer Service team and manage a team of Customer Service Operatives (Men in Vans).
The successful candidate will also be the first point of contact for escalated issues, taking ownership of more complex customer requests and ensuring that the timescales set by the company are met.
You will work alongside a Customer Support Team to ensure all issues are dealt with effectively and you will be required to go out on site and visit customers when needed to ensure all issues are being resolved.
Successful candidates will need a proven track record in similar role within the residential development sector.
