Our client, who are one of the UK's leading contractors, are looking for a Contracts Manager for their new build residential and refurbishment projects in Hampshire. This is to ensure that allocated contracts are delivered on time, within budget, safely and to the clients’ requirements, in line with company procedures and objectives.
Control all aspects of production including operational, financial and H & S on any given project/s, in order to deliver company objectives including, but not limited to.
Candidate must have previous education experience in both new build and refurbishment contracts, experience managing multiple projects and a CSCS. A SMSTS, Asbestos Awareness and NVQ4 or higher qualification in construction related course are desirable. Role may include traveling to various Lakehouse sites. Please see job description attached.
