Job Description

Our client, who are one of the UK’s leading social housing refurbishment contractors, are looking to recruit an administrator for their decent homes contract in Basingstoke, for 8 - 12 weeks, could possibly be perm if you perform well.

 

Key Tasks / Activities/ Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide support for to inhouse staff, clients and contractors

 

  • Oversee and manager general clerical tasks, such as drafting documents and answering telephones

 

  • Raising PO’s and transaction invoices

 

  • Dealing with queries from residents, changing appointments

 

  • Keeping all activity logged on an excel spreadsheet and up-to-date in an accurate manner
