Project Manager – £300 per day – SW London – Long term

Our client are looking for a Project Manager to oversee their £6 million heritage contract in central London. You will picking up the project in its first phase which is managing an 8.5 metre basement dig. This will involve temporary works, concrete slab, steel frame and sump works. This phase will run until April 2018.

The second phase will run from April 2018 until Dec 2018 and will be the full refurbishment of the project which will be to a very high standard of work. It is essential that you have run projects of this scale and on an autonomous basis and ideally you will have a sound knowledge of design and Heritage contracts. You will be chairing regular meetings with sub-contractors and with the client. You will be responsible for ensuring Health and Safety is adhered to at all times and that the project runs to programme.

You will require up to date SMSTS, CSCS and 1st Aid qualification, start date will be late November.

  • Managing a team of gas engineers.
  • Representing the client facing situations.
  • Providing excellent customer service.
  • Providing accurate reporting information for further repairs or installation.
  • Working alongside Direct staff and subcontractors.
  • Ensuring all on-site quality assurance procedures are adhered to
