Orbit Homes is the new house building company within the Orbit Group, which over 40 years has grown to be one of the largest housing groups in the UK. Due to continued growth a new opportunity has arisen for a Sales Director.
Orbit Homes aims to build over 1,000 homes a year across the Midlands, East Anglia and the South East. You will take responsibility for all residential sales of new homes (up to 500 a year) - including open market, affordable and Homebuy agency contracts. You will devise, implement and promote successful sales and marketing strategies and will have extensive experience managing and leading a diverse sales force to produce results

Your work will help to raise the profile of Orbit Homes across the market, so first class communication skills and a strong commercial outlook is essential.

This is an outstanding, long term role and will play a key part in the continuing growth of the organisation.
