My client, a leading mixed use developer, are currently looking to increase with production capability with the addition of an experienced TECHNICAL MANAGER due to an increase in workload.

The role will involve working on a large scale, residential led development in East London/Essex with a small amount of commercial work involved. The project will involve working on an RC Frame building and previous experience in this area would be useful.

You will help to initiate design team appointments and manage the design process, working with internal and external project teams to ensure design programmes are delivered on time and within budget. It is vital that you possess a driven, organised personality and are capable of delivering under pressure. It is essential that candidates have worked on residential or mixed use projects with a developer or contractor.
