Home building is the heart of their business and in the last 30 years they’ve delivered over 30,000 homes.

Barratt London’s success is attributed to the valuable partnerships they have made with their suppliers alongside a rigorous construction process that ensures even their most ambitious schemes are delivered on time and on budget. Barratt London manage the construction process themselves which gives them a remarkable degree of flexibility, whether the development contains 13 or 2,000 homes.

Oversee any of their developments and you'll be helping them achieve excellence in housebuilding - building energy-efficient homes and driving quality.  It's not surprising that Site Managers working for Barratt Developments PLC won 74 awards in the NHBC Pride in the Job Awards for 2017-2018, more than any other national housebulder for the 13th year in a row.

You’ll need to think smarter about the unique challenges each of their developments poses. And it calls for fresh ideas and imagination as well as the commercial ability to manage people, materials and costs. Barratt look for people with construction experience and, for the management roles, the ability to manage people and budgets.

Typical roles: Construction/Build Manager, Contracts Manager, Senior/Site Manager, Assistant Site Manager, Site Labourer, Forklift Truck Driver
