The RICS Regional Awards, London, held on the 25th May showcased some of the UK’s most pioneering projects, with 51 of London’s most impressive and community-beneficial property schemes battled it out for top honours.

Winners included:

Building Conservation - Queen’s House & Bell Tower
Commercial - St James’s Market
Community Benefit - Ealing Green Church  
Design through Innovation - Sainsbury Welcome Centre for Neural Circuits and Behaviour
Infrastructure - Enjoy Waltham Forest Programme
Regeneration - The Old Dairy
Residential - Sherwood Court
Tourism & Leisure -  Pop Brixton

Highly commended projects included

Building - Tottenham War Memorial
Commercial - Commended 184 Shepherds Bush Road
Community Benefit -  The Passage, Westminster
Design through Innovation - Guy’s Cancer Care Centre, London Bridge
Infrastructure - West Croydon Bus Station Redevelopment
Regeneration -Woodhouse Urban Park, Queen’s Park
Residential - 142 Bermondsey Street
Tourism & Leisure - Green Rooms, Wood Green
