*Terms and Conditions:

1. The person (s) must not currently be registered with Potensis.
2. The person must complete six weeks of work on one continuous temporary assignment subject to a minimum of 240 hours or 30 professional days.
3. Only one payment will be made for each person referred meeting the criteria set out in points 1 and 2 above.
4. Potensis reserve the right to terminate or alter the Terms and Conditions of the Referral Incentive Scheme without notice or any requirement to notify any party involved
5. Referral incentive payments made to any Potensis employee will be subject to statutory deduction under the PAYE scheme. Referral incentive payments made to individuals who are not Potensis employees must declare the payment as unearned income.
